Risk assessment

I have created a risk assessment for my music video so that i am able to prevent all of the things that could cause risk for my actors and myself.

Risk	Who would it affect?	How can it be prevented?
·       Falling off the stage.	·       Actors/singer ·       Me (Camera operator)	·       White markings will be put on the edge of the stage to make sure that it is clear for them to see.
·       Lights falling from the ceiling of the stage.	·       Singer ·       Me (Camera operator)	·       Put white tape on the floor where the lights are and ensure that nobody steps under them.
·       Wires on the stage.	·       Singer ·       Me (Camera operator)	·       Make sure that all of the wires go around the stage so that nobody trips over.
